Many initiatives are taking place in the field of biobased entrepreneurship in the greenhouse horticulture cluster. They are often still relatively invisible. 'The value of residual flows' is a series of interviews with entrepreneurs who use residual flows and by-products to make new products.
In this episode, Charl Goossens explains how, as a grower with residual flows, he started a research and development lab 'Valorisation Lab Residual Flows Horticulture and Agriculture' (VARTA) and about what this has yielded so far in terms of knowledge and products from residual flows.
